How to Access the Helperbird Pro Unlimited Usage Dashboard

How to get your Helperbird usage dashboard. Which plan includes it, how to request your link from support, how to open it, and what to do if the link is lost.

The usage dashboard shows how widely Helperbird has been taken up across your organization. A Helperbird team member sets it up and sends you the link.

This guide covers getting access. For what each panel counts, and what the numbers cannot tell you, see how to use the Helperbird admin dashboard.

Who Can Get a Dashboard

The usage dashboard is part of Helperbird Pro Max and Pro Max +, the whole-organization plans. It is not part of Helperbird Free or a single Pro subscription. See pricing for what each plan covers.

Older agreements call the whole-organization plan Pro Unlimited. That is the same plan under its previous name, and it includes the dashboard.

Not sure which plan you are on? Ask whoever bought Helperbird for your organization, or contact support.

Email the Helperbird support team and ask for your usage dashboard.

Include your organization name and the email domain your users are on, for example yourschool.org. The dashboard is built around that domain, so getting it right saves a round trip.

Your link is sent to the email address on your account. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.

Open the link in any browser. There is nothing to install, and the dashboard updates on its own.

Bookmark the page once it loads. The link is specific to your organization, so share it only with staff who need the numbers.

Search your inbox for mail from Helperbird first.

If you cannot find it, or the person who received it has left your organization, contact support and ask us to send it again.
