everything a dyslexia person need...

My son has dyslexia and has been struggling with parts of distant learning over the last year. We recently discovered this software and he is loving everything about it, especially with the ease of following directions and completing his assignments! We have used several other tools but this has everything a dyslexia person needs all in one bundle! The upgrade is definitely worth it to make our daily struggles, on the computer, run much smoother. I also greatly appreciate customer support (helpdesk). They went above and beyond to make sure we were all set up on the computer for my son to most successful.

Brilliant extension! Have tired it for my daughter and she has come on leaps in school. While there are plenty of free features, the paid ones are only 30 USD a year. Can't recommend this enough.

Does one Pro subscription cover all my devices?

Yes. One Pro subscription covers every browser and device you use yourself, with no per-browser limit. It is for one person, so please do not share your subscription key with anyone else. Schools and organizations use Pro Max, which is a site license.

How much does Helperbird cost?

Helperbird is free forever for the everyday tools. Helperbird Pro is $35/year for individuals, Pro Max is $1,500/year as a site license for a whole school, team, or small district, and Pro Max + is custom-priced for large multi-school districts and enterprise.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends. The free version never expires either, so you can keep using the core tools for as long as you like.

What's the difference between Pro, Pro Max and Pro Max +?

Pro is for one person. Pro Max is a single site license covering a school, team, or small district, and every student and staff member is included. Pro Max + adds district-wide deployment, SSO, onboarding, training, and priority support for large multi-school districts and enterprise.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Account section with no penalties. If you're not happy, email support@helperbird.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you offer school, volume, or purchase-order pricing?

Yes. Pro Max is a flat site license covering a whole school, team, or small district, and we accept purchase orders. For multiple schools or a larger district, talk to sales about Pro Max + pricing and invoicing.

Do you offer student or education discounts?

Yes. Students get a discount on Helperbird Pro with no student email required, and schools get whole-organization pricing with Pro Max. Contact us and let us know what you need.
