Deploy Helperbird via Google Admin Console
What a Helperbird rollout for one school or business is made of, what you need first, and the order to push the install, the key and your settings in.

What a Deployment Is Made Of
A rollout is four separate things, not one. Each has its own guide.

The install and the key are two different fields in your console. Adding the extension does not carry your subscription key with it.
What You Need Before You Start
- Admin access to the console you manage browsers with. Chrome and ChromeOS use the Google Admin console. For Windows, macOS or Firefox, pick your tool from the force install guide.
- The extension ID for the browser you are configuring. Chrome, Edge and Firefox each have a different one, listed on that same force install guide.
- Your organization subscription key, if you have bought Pro. See Helperbird Unlimited license management.
On a managed browser your users need nothing. No sign in, no key to type, no download to run.
The Order to Do It In
Push the install first, then the key. Sending both at once is fine too.
If the key lands after the install, Helperbird sees the policy change and rechecks the license on its own. Pro turns on without a reinstall and without anyone signing out. Turning isAdminControl back to false later takes the key away again, and those users fall back to their own subscription or to Free. See what isAdminControl does for what else that switch removes.
Start with a small group rather than the whole organization. See install Helperbird for specific users. Then confirm it landed with verify and troubleshoot a managed deployment.
