How to Use Your Subscription Key for Helperbird

Use your Helperbird subscription key to activate premium accessibility features and tools Support for all learners and educators. Got your Helperbird subscription key? Here's how to activate it and unlock all your Pro features in just a few clicks.

Your Helperbird subscription key unlocks all your Pro features. You'll find it in the second email we sent after you signed up. If you can't locate it, no worries - our support team can help you track it down.

Step 1: Open Helperbird

Click the Helperbird icon in the top right corner of your browser to open the extension. You'll see your Quick Actions and main features displayed.

Step 2: Go to Settings and Login

Scroll to the bottom of the Helperbird app and click the Settings cog icon. In the menu that appears, click the Login button. This will open a new tab where you can manage your subscription.

Step 3: Enter Your Subscription Key

Scroll down to the subscription section on the new tab. You will see a section titled "Continue with Subscription key." Enter your subscription key in the field provided and click Save.

If your key is valid, you will see a green verified checkmark next to the title and a confirmation message. The info banner at the top that says "Log in or enter your license key" will also disappear, confirming you are all set.

If no subscription is detected, you will see a message letting you know, and you can reach out to support for help.

You can also click the Remove button to clear your subscription key if you need to enter a different one.

Tip: Can't find your subscription key email? Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, you can also log in using your Google Account (on Chrome) or Microsoft Account (on Edge) instead — just click the sign-in button below the "OR" divider on the same page.

Talking to the Helperbird support team during their live stream was a great experience. They gave me a preview of what's coming to Helperbird for Firefox, and I'm really excited about it. I'd give a 5/5 rating for the current features and the sneak peek.
